Questions answered in days, not next April.

Why do prices say “from”?

Two S corporations can take very different amounts of work. The starting price covers the typical case described on the card; more forms, states, owners or accounts raise the quote. You always see the exact number — in writing — before we begin.

What makes a price go up?

Additional states, extra rental properties or businesses, more than three owners, records that arrive as a shoebox rather than a spreadsheet, and documents delivered after April 1 for an April 15 deadline (a 20% rush fee applies, or we file an extension at no charge).

How do payments work?

Returns and projects: 50% when you approve the quote, the balance before filing. Monthly bookkeeping and the Owner Package are billed monthly by card or ACH, with no long-term contract — 30 days’ notice to stop.

Can you take over from my current accountant?

Yes, and it is easier than it sounds. Send us last year’s return and your QuickBooks invitation; we handle the transition, including requesting prior-year files.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us a little about your situation and you’ll have a fixed quote — usually the same business day.
